• Set your own availability and ensure that you only work when you want to. We understand that this may not be your only job or that you may want to enjoy some of the summer for yourself.

• As far as seasonal work goes, this might be as good as it gets. Meeting new people and enjoying the sun while you are on the water.

• Source your own rentals for increased compensation. This also means you would be able to choose who is on the boat with you.

• All of our Captains are required to be fully certified to operate commercial vessels. We also encourage applicants to have adequate boating experience.
